Make a large alligator out of
poster board / tag board / card board
(whatever is around) Make sure to cut out the mouth.
Write "A" all over it's body. Have the kids take turns "feeding"
it flashcards that have words, or concepts that deal with the letter
"A". Maybe mix up some other letter cards to make
it harder for them to find the "A" concepts/words.
